What camera do you use for 360 capture?

We use an advanced tripod mounted system, known for its ultra-high resolution camera, built-in floorplan generation, and seamless virtual tour capability. It uses LiDAR (like RADAR, but light instead of sound), to map spaces in minutes, imposing to HD photography through it’s AI system. It’s one of the best in the business.

How long does a typical 360 capture shoot take?

Most 360 shoots take between 30–90 minutes depending on the size of the property or space. Because the system is automated and we spend time mapping out our scan positions beforehand, we can work very efficiently. Each scan position with the capture system takes around 2 minutes to setup, check, scan and confirm.

Can I embed the virtual tour on Rightmove, Zoopla, or my own website?

Absolutely. We’ll provide a direct link and embed code, compatible with major portals and websites. We can also work with your web developer to setup an iFrame and ensure users can fully experience the virtual tour without ever leaving your website.

Do you include still photography as well?

Yes. We extract high-resolution HDR images from the scan, which can be used in brochures, websites, or social posts. One shoot, multiple uses.

How soon will I get my virtual tour and assets?

Typically within 48 hours. If you need a rush job, just say the word and we’ll do everything we can to expedite the post-edit process and have your virtual delivered to you.
